Raising the bar in Service Delivery

10 March - Causeway Technologies is delighted to announce that Wesley Trigg, Customer Support Manager within Causeway, has passed the ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), accreditation exam in IT Service Delivery Management and has reached the prestigious status of becoming ITIL accredited.

The ITIL approach to service delivery is fast becoming recognised as 'best practice' within the IT sector.

The introduction of ITIL standards is key to improving the support service to all Causeway customers over the coming year reinforcing the customer focus strategy. Wesley has already started to introduce ITIL concepts into the business process work which is currently in progress at Causeway and it is expected that he will take his qualifications further with other Support staff to follow him.
