Outstanding customer feedback

Pre-Christmas, we asked our customers to fill out our annual Customer Survey. This survey is exceptionally important to everybody at Causeway; the feedback we receive is invaluable to the continued development of our products and customer service.

We pride ourselves on being behind the profitability of the built environment. As such, we are delighted to announce the following feedback from our survey:

  • 86% of survey respondents said their business has gained a genuine competitive edge by using our solutions.
  • 86% of respondents said they would recommend us
  • 89% said they would consider buying more Causeway software in the future.

Combined with a continued increase in satisfaction across the board, this is impressive feedback and we are very grateful to receive it.

Today we have the pleasure of announcing the five winners:

Andrea Moorhouse of Speedy Hire, using Tradex
"I've been using Tradex regularly for about six months and this it's excellent. My requests are answered straight away and, when I do have a problem, the Causeway team are always quick to help."

Andrew Morgan of MLM has been using PDS as a ground modelling package.
"The previous company I worked for swapped over from KTF and, after a brief transition period, we were away and haven't looked back since."

Gary King of EC Harris, uses CATO and CADMeasure:
"We use CATO and CADMeasure on a regular basis so I was more than happy to provide feedback on the software. I feel this is beneficial to both Causeway and EC Harris, as it will contribute to future updates and help us get the most out of the software."

Michelle Kane of Sure Group uses Vixensoft to process the payroll:
"I have spent a fair bit of time on the phone to the Causeway helpdesk, as the Vixensoft software is completely new to me. I entered the survey when I saw there was a chance to win the iPad, but also to just leave some feedback."

"I personally wanted to make sure the support team I deal with at Causeway are recognised for their consistent, high quality service, and the survey seemed like the best way to submit this recognition."
