Causeway acquires Connect Construction Software Limited

Causeway Software Solutions Limited, the Holding Company of the Causeway Group has today announced the acquisition of Dublin based Connect Construction Software Limited (“Connect”), a specialist supplier of Hire and Service Management software aimed at Contractors, Plant, Scaffolding and Formwork businesses. The Connect software is used by 60 companies in the construction industry throughout the UK and Ireland, and was formerly part of Integrity Software Group.

The acquisition of Connect reinforces Causeway’s position as the UK’s largest construction software provider, bringing added functionality and reach to Causeway’s portfolio of end-to-end solutions for the construction marketplace.

Commenting on the acquisition, David Kennelly Connect’s Managing Director said “We have always felt Causeway was our spiritual home, our business develops software to manage complex processes, we employ skilled staff with high levels of domain expertise and we also market to a similar customer profile, all of which makes this combination feel just right”.
